Our story begins in 1952, when Mario Paset<\/strong> founded the Valvarse winery in Valdobbiadene, at the heart of the first Glera vineyards.<\/p>

In 1999, his son Sergio<\/strong> brought new energy, and the company expanded towards the foothills. Today, Valvarse<\/strong>, led by the new generation, combines tradition and innovation, maintaining the authentic identity that has accompanied us since 1952.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Valvarse\u2019s Philosophy: Tradition and Innovation<\/strong><\/p>

Our goal is to enhance the land\u2019s vocation without betraying its soul: a quality wine is born from the harmony between man and nature. For this reason, we adopt sustainable practices and use renewable energy sources. Every production phase is overseen by Sergio and his team, respecting Mario’s traditions while being open to innovations.<\/p>

Our range extends from Charmat method sparkling wines to more immediate fizzy ones, up to crus from historic vineyards facing southeast, which give unique complexity. In every bottle, we tell the story of the hard work in the vineyard and the beauty of the hills that inspire us.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Our Mission and the Future<\/strong><\/p>

We look ahead with the same passion as Mario: improving every day without betraying the values of family and land. Among our projects are new vineyards in prime areas and vinifications in temperature-controlled steel tanks for selected crus using traditional methods.<\/p>

We want to offer an authentic experience: walks among the rows of vines, tastings in our panoramic cellar, and the sharing of the beauty of the UNESCO hills of Valdobbiadene, where our family carries on the excellence of Prosecco DOCG.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
